How do i book?

You can book via our online booking system, alternatively, can either submit a contact us form or give us a call: 07752074383

How do i pay:

We ask for a certain amount up front on each item as this then secures your booking with our selves. We then prefer cash on delivery.

What if i need to cancel:

You can cancel at anytime up to 48 hours before your booking. Please call us on 07752074383 to do this. Cancellations within 48 hours of your party booking will leave the customer liable to cover the full cost.

How much space is needed:

Please see individual items for sizing and please make sure all garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc. are removed from the area where the castle is to be sited.

we only have access through the house?

Unfortunately we wont be able to bring the inflatable through the house as if it rains bringing a wet bouncy castle back through could course some damaged to your property.

Do you set up for that price?

All bouncy castle booking prices include local delivery, all equipment and the set up and collection of the bouncy castle. All you need to do is have fun!

What days do you deliver your inflatables? Our Inflatables are available 7 days a week all year round including Bank Holidays.

How long can i hire the inflatable for? Our hire prices are charged per day and are available between 8am and 7pm. If you would like the equipment later we do offer a late night collection service for this please call 07752074383

What if it rains?

If it rains we ask you to stop using the inflatable and leave it inflated as the rain will just bounce off and then a quick towel dry once the rain has stopped. then you can use it again safely.

How long does it take to set up and pack away the inflatable: around 20 minutes either way.

When I hire the castle is there anything I need to provide? All you need to provide is a 240w plug socket

Can a castle be put on concrete?

Yes but we will need to to drill the correct amount of hole to secure the castle down correctly. each castle has a different amount of anchor points so if you are wanting it on hard surface please email us and we will advise how many holes we would need to drill.

Can Adults use the inflatable ? Only if you have ordered Adult Bouncy Castles. You will be liable for any damages to the equipment due to unauthorised use.

Can we keep the inflatable overnight? Only on Adult bouncy castle
